Between Microsoft Word resume templates, various professional websites (as listed here), and college guidance counselors there is no shortage of resources to find a basic resume layout. Unfortunately a resume layout is only the first step in creating a powerful resume.

To make ones’ resume truly stand-out, one is required to pay immense attention to the fine details. What previous activities should you include in your resume? How should you describe the chosen activities? The questions go on and on.
